FAQ

How long do sessions last?
Sessions last one to two hours depending on the shoot. Headshots typically take just over an hour, but if you’re looking for a big concept shoot such as a Fantasy shoot or a boudoir shoot, then that can take up to 6 hours, to allow for costume changes and set changes. We will discuss all of this in our first consultation.
How should I prepare?
As best as you can, try and prepare any costume or clothing changes the day before. Have everything packed and ready to go:
- Location preparation
- Load your car 2 hours in advance
- Parking
- Empty pockets
- Don’t bring extra bags, strollers, or shoes
- Ensure glasses are not transition/tinted
- Remove clothing tags/shoe stickers
- Prepare your toddler’s nap schedule
- Prepare your toddler’s snack/food schedule
- Don’t bring extra people
- Relax

Should I bring anything with me to the session?
Bring any costumes, make up, hair fixings, snacks or drinks you feel you might need.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
What happens after the session?
After the session we’ll sit down and go through your favourite images and take note. From there I will send you a dropbox with the edits and go through print options and digitals. Turnaround time varies per project but a peek of the work is sent within the dropbox normally.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or illness?
That is alright, on the event of rescheduling we normally just change the dates but would ask for the remainder of a payment up front. On cancellation we keep the deposit but if the full rate was paid up front the total minus the deposit is given back. It can also be transferred for credit on a gift voucher as well.
What is the best way to contact you?
Preferably email for bookings but you can always direct message me on Instagram Facebook or Tik tok. I do keep opening hours from 11 am to 7pm

How can I schedule a consultation?
A consultation is usually scheduled during the first point of contact via DM or email.
Do you do Gift cards?
Yes we do, you can get them on request.
How are gift cards used?
The cards/vouchers are a prepaid amount from the giver to the gifted; they can cover a full session or help pay for a session.
How far are you able to travel for a shoot?
I usually cover the north west and west of Ireland but will travel to on location pieces. This is normally covered in the first consultation.
What kind of Booking Packages do you offer?
We have done up a ball park price list as every client's needs are different and tailor the packages to them.
What is your availability?
Diary for 2025 is open! We try to keep our clients up to date as soon as possible via social media and work around our schedules.

How do I book?
A booking is secure after an agreed deposit and contract is signed. Normally after the free consultation.
What if im running late?
Thats all good! Just do keep me updated and how long you’ll be. After an hour it will be classed as no show if no contact is made and rebooking will be required.
How many photos will I get?
That will depend on the project and your selections. If a shootlist has been agreed upon you’ll normally get a few options per image on digital and we go through the list together.
How do I get my photos?
Prints : I normally wait until we have the digitals first and get a list of your selections, it varies from project to project but I will post them or we meet up and I hand them over.
Digital: I use dropbox so they are normally sent on via a link while i work through them. We then look at what your selects are and arrange a final album.
Will my photos be shared on social media? What if I don't want them shared?
That is all good! We normally establish that in the free consultation and the contracts normally will include that I will require your permission before posting anything on social media. Your comfort and happiness is more important than social media.
